Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Chroma Makeup Studio shop online, you may return it within 30 days of purchase to Chroma Makeup Studio 350 N. Canon Dr., Suite 17, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. There are no returns on gift certificate and Last Chance purchases. Returns must be sent postage paid by you, by secure mail so they can be tracked. Please include your purchase receipt. If your package was damaged in shipping, please save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at 310-274-2155 or by email at orders@chromamakeupstudio.com. Chroma Makeup Studio does not refund shipping costs.
